Once an order is placed, there is a 24 hour processing time. We do our best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible. Usually within 1-2 business days of receiving the order, sometimes same day!

Most domestic orders will arrive within 4-7 business days of placing your order. 

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service.

Once the package is scanned by the post office I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. 

However, I always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact me at erica@memoryboxcandleco.com if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.

If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has already been placed, please email me immediately at erica@memoryboxcandleco.com so I can adjust it before shipping out your order!

We understand that international shipping prices can be expensive and I want you to know that we do the best we can to provide reasonable shipping prices.

Please note that you will receive the most affordable shipping rate for orders under 2 pounds (0.90 kilograms) which is about the weight of 2 large candles.

*Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

The wax used in our candles is a custom blend of primarily soy ingredients with minute amounts of paraffin and beeswax.

The paraffin and beeswax help add to the smooth creamy texture, scent throw and longer lasting candle.
