What is your processing time on orders?
**Please first check the announcement bar at the top of the website for any current shipping announcements**

Once an order is placed, there is a 24-48 hour processing time. I do my best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible! I ship out Monday-Friday and on Saturdays when Monday is a holiday.


I just placed my order, when will I receive it? I'm excited!

Typically most domestic orders will arrive within 5-7 business days. 

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. 

However, I always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact me at erica@memoryboxcandleco.com if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.

I understand that international shipping prices can be expensive and I want you to know that I do the best I can to provide reasonable shipping prices. Please note that you will receive the most affordable shipping rate for orders under 2 pounds (0.90 kilograms) which is about the weight of 2 large candles.

*Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.


Oh no my address is incorrect on my order! What should I do?

If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has already been placed, please email me immediately at erica@memoryboxcandleco.com so I can adjust it before shipping out your order!


What is your wax blend made of?

The wax used in my candles is a custom blend made up of primarily soy ingredients with small amounts of paraffin and beeswax.
